A very busy week this week at Coastal Striders 🧡💙![]()

We held 11 sessions throughout the week all lead by our team of qualified run leaders.![]()

We also had Coastie teams 💙🧡 participating in the local Parkruns, The Harbour Wallbanger, The Race for Life & The Race to the stones ![]()

This week as a added bonus was all wrapped up with a great social meal out at the Riparo Lounge overlooking the beach in Ramsgate 🏖![]()
