Couch to 5K is a running plan for absolute beginners. Whether you've never run before or you just want to get more active, This programme slowly builds up your fitness level to be able to complete 5k after 9 weeks ![]()

We shall be meeting for two runs each week per below, starting Tuesday 7th May through to 4th July; ![]()

What a busy week this week at Coastal Striders 🧡💙![]()
Club runs Monday, Tuesday, Hilly Pyramids & Jeffing Session followed by all abilities on Wednesday, double club runs on Thursday, Pegwell Bay Parkrun takeover on Saturday then finishing off the week with a triple club session on Sunday incorporating our 'meet the run leaders' on the all abilities group.![]()
