http://web-impressions.net/fister/3184 The regular club runs take place at the times and locations detailed below. Runs are defined as for "all abilities", "intermediate" or for "advanced runners" as clarified in the http://poloclubmiddennederland.nl/asiodjioa.action?--40a1f31a0ec74efaa46d53e9f4311353 FAQ section. Whenever possible, runs are conducted under the instruction and guidance of qualified run leaders. The club likes variety for the run groups and uses numerous routes radiating from the relevant start location. These include variations on routes in the direction of the Viking ship Hugin at Pegwell Bay one way and Ramsgate Harbour and Broadstairs in the other. Occasionally, the chosen route ventures inland, following a route through the Nethercourt estate and around the town of Ramsgate. Routes are determined by the coach and run leaders and are risk assessed to safeguard the group. Routes may vary from winter to summer depending on time of day, weather conditions and lighting conditions on the route.
